Dear Sunsations, "I wanted to take the time to thank you for your continued excellent service. I knew when I started dealing with you back in 1990 that you were dedicated and committed to client excellence and you have proven that time and time again with all of our dealings. I still tell my friends how you made all of the travel arrangements for our wedding in Las Vegas in November 1990. What a feat that was! You were able to coordinate the arrangements for all 21 guests (some coming from England) and get us all to Vegas on the same flight, at the same hotel - and all in one piece! Not to mention dealing with a harried bride-to-be. It made my life so much simpler to have someone so competent dealing with the many details of putting together a group trip. Since that time, Buzz and I use you exclusively for all of our travel arrangements and have sent many friends to you as well that have been very satisfied. As you know, with our frequent trips South and to England we always count on you to find us the best deals and to give us that extra care and superior service that I know you give all of your clients.
